At Balingua Jacques is responsible for the architecture and the implementation of the computer systems for the Internet Balingua method (see video).
Jacques is also President of Approach, a computer service company specialized in implementing secure financial transaction websites.
He is also CEO of Top Pole Management, the computer center for Iuris Link, a group of Belgian bailiffs. Previously a partner of Capco (« The Capital Markets Company »), he was in charge of the business relations in the electronic banking sector. Before that, he was CEO and Board Director of Scorpio, a high-tech Internet company that he created in 1986 then merged with Capco in 1999. Needless to say that Jacques has a firm background in e-commerce – the very technology that Scorpio developed for the financial sector. At the beginning of the 80’s Jacques co-founded Econocom’s distribution division. He also worked at IBM’s for 10 years, which gave him solid experience in software development.
