General conditions of use of our website – Intellectual property rights

Every user of BALINGUA S.A. services agrees to respect unconditionally these conditions of use.

The use of the present website is reserved for individual people and is not designed for any commercial use, for instance by language schools or language teachers (in class or through distance teaching), or by any retailer. Any commercial use will require a specific written agreement with BALINGUA S.A. beforehand.

BALINGUA S.A. is free to modify these general conditions of use at any time.

The prices given in euro (€) on the website include the 21% Belgian VAT. The prices mentioned in other currencies are given only as information, since the price in euro (€) remains the only reference.

No information on this site may be published, reproduced or circulated in any manner whatsoever without the prior written authorisation of the author or rightful owner. The user recognizes that information and data on the site are and remain the property of BALINGUA S.A. and undertakes not to modify anything.
